The Dutch

Located in the ground floor of an office tower, in the middle of Jakarta’s business district, The Dutch was designed to be an eatery for citizens that needs a break off their routine. The interior has a great openness inside and designed with minimal combination of materials. The Dutch attempts to bring a different atmosphere than what was going on already in the central business district. The selected materials emanates a warmer tone, dark and aged, used as a main palette that dominates the room. This project showcases how both natural and industrial materials can work together, to create a warm and beaming presence of the room.
