Interior

DDI Alamanda

2012 - 2013

The interior of the office was handled using primarily muted colors, and subtle materials. The use of glass in meeting rooms allow for privacy, while at the same time letting the light in to reduce use of electrical lighting. By using white in the walls and ceilings, the room suggested a spacious feeling due to the lights being bounced in the room. While the use of dark flooring and carpeting balances off the light, giving it a more grounded sense in the space. Most of the furniture has a similar tone of color, while appropriating wood to give a more natural and fresh feel inside a formal space.
