Blitz GI

To bring historical context inside, Indonesia’s exotic appeal was implemented in the design elements of Blitz Megaplex . At the same time, the root of the design represents both Blitz Megaplex the brand, and old traditional spirit in the contemporary times. The interior attempts to present a poetic and cinematic experience of contemporary Indonesia. All room separators are left ambiguous, blended with  loose furniture while creating a defined circulation sequence. On another hand the atmosphere of the movie theater is created by different elements in the interior, mostly in red. The natural daylight really elevates the simplicity of the color palette, as well as a strong contemporary design. But on a smaller scale, the colours have depth that brings out Indonesia’s traditional beauty.
