AD Premier

AD Premier is a high-rise office building located in Jakarta. This project was designed with two different aims that go hand in hand: as it may become a new landmark for its district, and also as a functional, operating area that soothes in its site. The office’s site is directly adjacent to a street dense with traffic. Through simple square composition, the main office tower can leave the right amount of land to be used as a green area at the ground floor. The podium level acts as an island in the middle of a reflection pool to create a soothing atmosphere. The building’s external expression was designed with an arrangement of thick strips to keep harsh sun away from the interior. These strips work as a main feature, designed prevent heat while still creates a unique form.
